Terms And Conditions

2.1 The training center must have a minimum area of 1,000 sq. ft.

2.2 Classrooms should be equipped with proper seating arrangements and audio-visual equipment.

2.3 High-speed internet connectivity and a power backup system are mandatory.

3.1 The applicant is responsible for all setup costs, including infrastructure, equipment, and branding as per Academy guidelines.

3.2 A non-refundable application fee of [amount] must be paid during the submission of the application.

3.3 Revenue-sharing or franchise fees will be determined based on mutual agreement and outlined in the final contract.

4.1 The center must adhere to the curriculum, teaching methodologies, and standards set by Empower Data Academy.

4.2 Regular audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with Academy policies.

4.3 Staff and trainers must meet the qualification criteria defined by Empower Data Academy.

5.1 Interested applicants must submit the completed application form along with required documents, including:

• Business registration certificate

• Proof of experience in the education/training sector

• Proposed location details with photographs

5.2 Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview and site inspection.

5.3 Final approval will be granted upon successful completion of all steps and signing of the agreement.

6.1 Empower Data Academy reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of non-compliance with terms and conditions.

6.2 Termination notice will be provided with a minimum of 30 days.
